Tai Chi at Hügelpark – Holiday Program for Children and Families
As part of a new holiday offering, the Krupp Foundation invites children and their accompanying adults to discover the centuries-old Chinese art of movement known as Tai Chi. Between July 14 and August 18, 2025, a guided movement session will take place on six Mondays from 4:00 to 5:30 PM at Hügelpark, combining mindfulness, a sense of community, and playful exercise.
Amid the tranquil atmosphere of the heritage-protected Hügelpark, this 1.5-hour program gives children aged six to twelve the opportunity to immerse themselves in the flowing movements of Tai Chi. The aim is to strengthen awareness of their own bodies while also promoting communication and togetherness—in a way that is age-appropriate and full of fun. Adult companions are also encouraged to participate actively.
Participation is free of charge, but registration is required. Each family may choose one of the six available dates between July 14 and August 18. The program is exclusively for families with up to two children accompanied by at least one adult. Childcare without an accompanying adult is not provided.
