Salon am Hügel on 8 September, 7 pm: Seriously? Authenticity in (Pop) Culture and Art today

As part of the ‘Salon am Hügel’ series of events, on 8 September at Villa Hügel, Nina Graf (aka Miu), musician and songwriter, and Prof. Peter Moormann, Professor of Music in the Media and Music Journalism at TU Dortmund University, will discuss how we will deal with artificiality, identity and cultural value in the future. At the same time, the discussion will focus on the value of truth in a society where reality increasingly appears to be constructible. The evening will be moderated by journalist  Madeleine Sabel.

Since 2019, the Krupp Foundation has been inviting guests from the worlds of art, culture, literature, academia and media to the ‘Salon am Hügel’ at Villa Hügel in a casual atmosphere. Each salon focuses on a specific theme and addresses current social issues.

The event starts at 7 pm. In addition to a limited number of participants attending in person, the event will also be streamed free of charge on YouTube and Instagram.
